No, it doesn't cost money to join as a Fundraising Agent with our firm. There are no upfront fees or ongoing subscriptions required to become an agent. Our goal is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship where you are rewarded for connecting high-potential investments with our diverse portfolio of companies.
The commission structure is designed to be mutually beneficial. We typically charge a 7-10% commission from the portfolio company for successful fundraising efforts. As a Fundraising Agent, you would receive 50% of that commission. In other words, you would earn a 3.5 to 5% commission on the capital raised through your efforts. This aligns our interests and incentivizes successful collaborations.
There are no specific qualifications required to become a Fundraising Agent with us. What we value most is your ability to represent our firm and our portfolio companies in a professional manner. Additionally, having an existing network of investors that you can tap into would be advantageous. Our primary focus is on building mutually beneficial relationships that can contribute to successful fundraising efforts.
The commission is paid out within one working week after the portfolio company successfully secures the investment. Payments are made directly into your designated bank account.

We anticipate a more engaged role than simply forwarding leads to us. You're expected to maintain active dialogue with potential investors, facilitating discussions and generating interest. When the situation matures to a point where a meeting or final investment agreement is needed, we'll step in to assist with those advanced stages.
