Step by step

The application process

  1. Average response time: 12-24 hours
  2. If there is a basis for an investment, we typically send a term sheet after the first Google Meet meeting where we try to be very straight to the point and specific. After acceptance from both parties, a short due diligence begins.
  3. From acceptance of term sheet to the investment: 2-4 weeks depending on how quickly the material can be sent and the complexity of the transaction.

The more information and the quicker the company can deliver the material, the faster we can process the application.

Who we are

About Kjøller

Kjøller is a Danish-founded investment company with two primary investment branches; ventures and properties.

The portfolio currently consists of 30 active venture investments (typically startups) and a number of property companies with a balance sheet total of over 800 million kroner.

We are a team of eight at our office in Dubai.

Kjøller is 100% owned and financed by Magnus Kjøller and can therefore make quick decisions without having to seek approval from other co-investors.
