We operate on a commission-based model, which means that you earn when you successfully facilitate investments for our portfolio companies. There are no upfront fees or ongoing subscriptions required to become an agent. Our goal is to establish a mutually beneficial relationship where you are rewarded for connecting high-potential investments with our diverse portfolio of companies.
The commission structure is designed to be mutually beneficial. We typically charge a 7-10% commission from the portfolio company for successful fundraising efforts. As a Fundraising Agent, you would receive 50% of that commission. In other words, you would earn a 3.5 to 5% commission on the capital raised through your efforts. Additionally, upon request, we can arrange for a representative from the portfolio company, or from our own team, to be present during meetings with potential investors to provide further information and address any questions.
We anticipate a more engaged role than simply forwarding leads to us. You're expected to maintain active dialogue with potential investors, facilitating discussions and generating interest. When the situation matures to a point where a meeting or final investment agreement is needed, we'll step in to assist with those advanced stages.
