About Kjøller
Kjøller is a Danish-founded investment company with two primary investment branches; ventures and properties.
The portfolio currently consists of 34 active venture investments (typically startups) and a number of property companies with a balance sheet total of over 800 million kroner.
We are 8 people in the staff at our office in Dubai.
Kjøller is 100% owned and financed by Magnus Kjøller and can therefore make quick decisions without having to seek approval from other co-investors.

The Application Process
- Average response time: 12-24 hours
- If there is a basis for an investment, we typically send a term sheet after the first Google Meet meeting where we try to be very straight to the point and specific. After acceptance from both parties, a short due diligence begins.
- From acceptance of term sheet to the investment: 2-4 weeks depending on how quickly the material can be sent and the complexity of the transaction.
