Northern Industries A/S is the Corporate Parent to a group of steel engineering companies with operations in the Northern region of the U.K.

Northern Industries A/S was Founded in 2019 as part of the acquisition of its first business unit, JHT Fabrications Ltd. It subsequently acquired Steelway Fensecure Ltd, Steelway Access Covers Ltd (BrickHouse) and CEL Sheet Metal as part of its growth through M&A strategy.

The ultimate ambition for Northern Industries A/S is to expand into being a full capacity, horizontally integrated steel engineering group with operations primarily in the Northern region of the UK.
