Since 2018, we've actively financed leveraged buyouts by providing tailored junior debt solutions that complement traditional bank loans and seller financing. Our capital typically fills the final gap in the financing stack, often paired with an equity kicker to align interests. While we don’t offer standard loans, we structure deals with a focus on shared upside and appropriate downside protection. Ideal for acquisitions in the $5–8 million range, our primary markets are the UK and Denmark, though we’re open to opportunities elsewhere.
