Free Applicant Tracking System

At Kjøller, we have developed our own free Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is a system that we use ourselves, and several of our portfolio companies are also benefiting from it.

We grew tired of expensive, over-complicated ATS systems, so in 2022 we decided to develop our own: TalentTracker.io.

The ATS system is free to use and offers a wealth of practical functionality:

• The front end (the job listing)
  
  
  • Add rich media such as pictures and videos to the job listings.
    
    
  • Include prescreening questions before submitting the application. For example, to prevent applicants from ignoring basic requirements, you can add a “I confirm I have a driver’s licence” question at the beginning of the application process.
    
    
  • Applicants can upload files (PDF, Word Documents, etc.) in addition to regular text.

  • Customizable Flows: Manage each step of the interview process with easy drag-and-drop functionality.
    
    
  • A statistics module showing views, applications, and other metrics.
    
    
  • Multi-user support, allowing multiple people from the company to review and work with applicants.
    
    
  • No restrictions on the number of job listings or applications you can receive.
    
    
  • Add practical comments within the system for each applicant, visible to all your colleagues for better collaboration.
    
    
  • Single user access across multiple organisations and companies, using the same email and login without the need for complex switches.

There is very little cost associated with operating this ATS system, so we are pleased to offer it for free to anyone who would like to use it. Because - why not?
