You become part of an exceptionally sharp team, where everyone has their own areas of expertise, and you have the opportunity to absorb knowledge and ask as many questions as you like. You gain insight into how real estate and venture investments work, get to participate in deals alongside the team, structure deals, and think creatively. “Kjøller has been instrumental in organising a startup, which over time has turned into a legitimate business.
I have had the honour of being a portfolio company under Kjøller, which means you are not only accountable to yourself but also to a team of people on the other side. It has been incredibly reassuring to have the backing of an investment firm that genuinely cares about its investments.
There have been periods when we needed liquid funds – in these situations, Kjøller has been agile and provided immediate assistance, saving the company with liquidity. Without their help, the company would not be as strong as it is today.
