New investment: Digicon

Through our joint venture with Ventilation Ventures, we have acquired the British industrial company Digicon.

Since 2008, Digicon has helped companies reduce their energy consumption by optimising and improving the energy efficiency of motor and ventilation systems through intelligent variable frequency drive solutions.

In many industrial and commercial environments - such as supermarkets with refrigeration systems for display fridges and cold storage rooms - pumps and fans often run at constant speed, even when demand is low. This leads to unnecessary energy consumption and increased wear on components.

Digicon’s solutions allow the speed of pumps and fans to be automatically adjusted to actual demand. When demand is low, the speed is reduced. When demand increases, the system adjusts accordingly. The result is significantly lower energy consumption, reduced wear on equipment, and more stable operation.

This not only lowers operating costs, but also contributes to a meaningful reduction in energy usage and environmental impact.
