Kjøller Ejendomme returns to MIPIM 2026 (March 9th to 13th in Cannes, France), represented by Jens Christian Thordal Poulsen and Søren Bay.

We attend MIPIM with a clear ambition: to acquire new real estate projects in Denmark for our Danish real estate company, Kjøller Ejendomme A/S, with a strong focus on modern residential rental assets.

As part of this strategy, we are also rebalancing our portfolio and divesting selected older residential properties in North Jutland and Central Jutland, which represent approximately 10% of our total holdings.
