New investment: Summers Real Estate

We have invested in Summers Real Estate, a boutique brokerage specialising in premium off plan and luxury properties in Dubai.

The Dubai property market is developing at high speed and this year it is heading towards property transactions worth 230 billion USD and 250,000 transactions, of which around 65 percent are off plan projects. For comparison, in 2019 (before the pandemic) there were roughly 55,000 transaction per year.

When Kjøller established itself in Dubai ten years ago, the emirate had a population of around 2 million people. Today the figure has passed 4 million. Growth is strong, and with the market currently buzzing with activity, all indicators point to Dubai’s continued long term expansion and strengthening outlook.

It is a space we want to be part of, which is why we have chosen to invest in Summers Real Estate. The company is an ambitious and fast growing brokerage team with a strong position specifically in the off plan segment.

Summers Real Estate has already completed deals worth more than 5 million USD in the past month and we look forward to following their continued progress.
