Kjøller Ejendomme A/S sells 135 rental units

Kjøller Ejendomme A/S has completed the sale of 135 units across 14 centrally located properties in Randers, Denmark to Bolig Kronjylland as of 31 October 2025.

Thank you to all involved, with particular recognition to buyers Lars Kristensen and Jens Kirk from Bolig Kronjylland for a professional and constructive collaboration.

The sale represents around 11% of our total portfolio and is an important step in refining and strengthening our holdings, aligned with our strategy to focus on newer properties.
