Kjøller Ejendomme is once again strongly represented at MIPIM 2025, with Jens Christian Thordal Poulsen and Søren Bay attending.

We are currently adjusting our real estate portfolio and are therefore selling some of our older residential rental properties in North Jutland and Central Jutland in Denmark, which make up around 20% of our total real estate portfolio. Our goal is to focus entirely on newer properties going forward.
