Kjøller Ejendomme makes a new acquisition

As of November 6, 2024, Kjøller Ejendomme has acquired 13 newly built single-story homes located on Ronjasvej in Vestbjerg, near Aalborg.

Vestbjerg is a popular choice among both families and commuters, offering an ideal combination of peaceful surroundings, good schools, and easy access to the motorway. Its proximity to Aalborg makes it an attractive area for those seeking a balance between city life and a quiet local community.

With the latest acquisition in Vestbjerg, Kjøller Ejendomme’s total property portfolio now includes nearly 500 rental units covering more than 50,000 sqm.
