Kololi District Project

Kjøller has partnered with Blue Ocean Properties to provide structured project financing for Kololi District, a modern mixed-use development in Kololi, Gambia.

The project comprises 83 units across residential apartments, offices, shops, restaurants, and other commercial spaces, designed to raise the standard for contemporary developments in The Gambia.

Kololi District is located in the vibrant Palma Rima tourism corridor, just 600 metres from the Palma Rima-Bertil Harding junction and a short walk from the beach. Its central location, combined with Blue Ocean’s established reputation for delivering high-quality real estate projects, makes the development attractive to both local residents and international buyers. The project targets a wide range of users, including retail businesses, service providers, holiday-home buyers, rental property investors, and companies seeking accommodation for expatriate staff.

Our involvement is limited to financing; we do not hold equity ownership in the project. By supporting the development through structured capital, we contribute to expanding modern housing and commercial infrastructure in one of West Africa’s most dynamic coastal regions. Kololi District forms part of our broader strategic focus on supporting scalable, high-impact projects across the African continent.
